Today was a long day full of ups and downs. I felt sad and nostalgic as I left FHE for the last time in this ward and anxious about the new ward. I also felt powerful friendship as I made plans to keep in touch with people. And at long last I felt some excitement about future possibilities :)

I heard HWN today through the downs helping me appreciate the ups :)
