Many of my life problems are self-induced.  I pondered on these during general conference today, seeking guidance on how to un-induce them.  The insight I gained was to turn to Christ, and particularly, that even though my own choices cause my own problems, Christ still can and wants to help me :)  His help isn’t something I earn or deserve, rather a gift to accept!

I heard heaven’s white noise today through this invitation to rely on Christ :)
