A small minority of sexual assault crimes are ever reported, even less are investigated, and so on for charged and convicted. Perpetrators are able to re-offend due to a reluctance to acknowledge sexual abuse in our communities — a reluctance to believe the victims. We as a society are responsible to change this! What can we do? Start by believing!  Will you?
