This evening, I went tubing (sledding on a rubber tube).  The location had a pulley that carried us up the hill, where we went flying back down at speeds to rival Usain Bolt — both exhilarating and nerve-wracking for sure!

I heard heaven’s white noise today in the ability to feel excitement — to yell at the top of my lungs for joy :)
