My Sunday afternoon stroll turned into a couple-hour walk in beautiful weather and another couple-hour exploration of BYU’s new life sciences building — having not yet been inside, I couldn’t walk by without stopping to check it out!

The highlight of my expedition was my time in pondering and self-reflection.  I gained a powerful insight into who I am and where I’m headed.
